I have been in the trades for many years, and have dealt with hundreds of contractors. I had to do an extensive exterior remodel on my three story house, so I decided to hire a contractor. I found James to be the rarest of contractors… one who is totally honest and reliable. He also actually knows how to properly run a business, which means that he can make his payroll without constantly going to the customer for cash payments. In addition, he knows all of the trades well and that means a quality job. He came in on budget during the end of Covid, when material and labor costs were skyrocketing.
