Encinitas Beach Remodel

Remodeled this 1965 beach house by renovating the bathrooms installing new tile on walls and floors, added tub and shower niches, new cabinets, and re-work all plumbing. Remodeled Kitchen with new cabinets, added additional lighting, installed new flooring through the home.

Graded site for new patio's both in front and back to capture the fantastic view of the pacific coastline. added new grass area with new irrigation system. Stack stone wall and Mega Arble pavers. Pour new concrete in rear of house and along side walkways.
